Are you open?
Yes, our service department is open. We are taking this crisis seriously and are taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. We are sanitizing vehicles and the customer lounge regularly. In addition, we are following the social distancing guidance from the CDC.

Should you be open?
Yes, automotive repair is deemed an essential business by local and state orders.

What are your hours?
Our service hours are 7:00am – 6:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am – 4:00pm on Saturday

Do you have a contact-free or curbside service option?
Yes, when you arrive at the store there is a designated area and phone number to call to initiate your curbside service check-in.

Are Masks Required?
Yes, per State Executive Order No. 147, masks are required*.

What transportation options do you offer?
We offer a variety of transportation options to meet your needs. We have loaner cars available and we are also offering pick-up and delivery service. Our customer lounge remains open and we are sanitizing it regularly. Outdoor seating is being provided where possible. For more details on the availability of these options, please call 828-.

Will you pick up my car and take it to the dealership for service?
Yes, when you call to schedule your appointment ask for the pick up and delivery option. We will come to your home or business to pick up your vehicle and delivery it back to you upon completion of the service. There is no additional cost for this option.

What are you doing to disinfect my vehicle?
Technicians are required to change gloves after servicing each vehicle, use protective materials on seats and steering wheels, and sanitize your vehicle with a disinfectant spray after the completion of service.

What are you doing to keep the customer lounge clean?
We are cleaning and disinfecting all customer touch points on a regular basis. As each chair gets sanitized, we place a “Recently Sanitized” card in the chair to help customers know which chairs have been recently disinfected.

Are you cleaning the seats in the customer lounge?
Yes, we are sanitizing seats on a regular basis. As each chair gets sanitized, we place a “Recently Sanitized” card in the chair to help customers know which chairs have been recently disinfected.

What are you doing to keep employees and customers safe?
We are taking this crisis seriously and are taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. Technicians are required to change gloves after servicing each vehicle, use protective materials on seats and steering wheels, and sanitize your vehicle with a disinfectant spray after the completion of service. The customer lounge and all high touch point areas are getting sanitized multiple times each day.

Are you providing gloves and masks?
We are doing our best to keep up our supply of gloves and masks for our employees. Gloves and masks may be available for customers based on current supply. Please ask your service advisor for more information.

Can I pay over the phone or online?
Yes, we offer over the phone payments as well as online payments.

Do you have a financing option for service work?
Yes, we offer flexible payments though Sunbit. You can see what you are eligible for by clicking on the Sunbit banner on our website or by talking to your service advisor.
